We at L&K have over 60 years combined knowledge of industrial floor laying, including both internal and external concrete floor slabs for busy operating warehouses and factories. We can install new concrete flooring, or repair existing concrete. We pride ourselves on installing durable, hard wearing surfaces for highly trafficked areas in which heavy machinery may operate. We are also able to provide both industrial polished concrete finish, and brush finish concrete.
Longley Concrete – Dewsbury
Longley Concrete located in Dewsbury, contracted us to provide 10,000 SQM of external brush finished concrete floor with 200mm depth and 1 layer of mesh.
Hayes – London
At this project in Hayes, we were drafted in to apply a polish finish only to the concrete already there.
BAE Systems – Barrow-In-Furness
We were brought in to lay to an FM2 tolerance, laid and power floated completed by L & K. We also were brought in to lay external flooring at a later date.
Ossett – Horbury Bridge
We were brought in to lay a power float finish to a small retail unit in Ossett.
Sevenoaks – Kent
This project at Sevenoaks in Kent was over 2,000 SQM brush finish concrete.
Stoke-on-Trent
At a location in Stoke-on-Trent, we were brought in to powerfloat the floors. We worked on an area of 2,000 SQM per day.
Brighouse – Quickslide
At Quickslide in Brighouse, we were brought in to lay and powerfloat 600sqm of flooring.
Ipswich
We were brought in to lay and powerfloat an internal floor of 2,035 sqm. We completed this over 3 days.
PPG – Birstall
We were brought in to lay a silo base concrete floor of 35 sqm.
Millom, Lake District
We were brought in to apply a polish finish to an existing 1,500 sqm floor.
Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
We came in to lay a 7,000 sqm concrete floor.
Flush Mills, Heckmondwike
Our project at Flush Mills was to lay a 3,600 sqm concrete floor within 2 days of pouring. Layed at 350mm depth with 2 layers of reinforcement mesh. 480m3 was poured per day.
Peterborough
We layed 1,700 sqm of concrete panels in a 47,000 sqm shed over 35 days.
Witney, Oxford
We poured a new concrete floor of 6,500 sqm over 3 days. 250mm deep pouring 460m3 per day.
